My Story
I believe in investing in the future and and am passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential and to live their best life.
I started working at my first job at Mcdonalds at just 14 years old and always knew there was more in store for me but I diligently worked weekends and evenings saving up for my first car while preparing to go to college to become a nurse.
From a young age, I enjoyed learning about real estate and finances and saw the importance of becoming financially independent. I learned early on that grit and determination were 2 skills that were necessary to make it in this world. After college, I was introduced to house hacking, (Renting out rooms in a house or apartments in a multifamily). I started with a master lease in an apartment and moved on to purchase my own multifamiliy apartments.
I eventually went to grad school to become a Nurse Anesthetist, which has been a fulfilling career and continues to be something that I am very passionate about. But I've always been a visionary, someone who enjoys learning, sharing what I know, and striving for more. I routinely mentor those interested in repairing their credit, going to college, getting started investing in real estate, or improving their finances.
I learned the power of multifamily investing but also began to realize some of the limitations of having smaller buildings. When I learned about real estate syndications, I realized it was the missing piece I was looking for. It would allow me to scale my business, but this was bigger than me because it allows me to help others begin their journey to financial freedom. While many of us have fulfilling careers that have afforded us the lifestyle we live today, we realize that true financial freedom comes only when you are able to make money while you sleep. Passive income is the answer!
My mission is to help other busy professionals create passive income that allows them to become work-optional. To help them create a life that could sustain them in the face of financial setbacks due to a layoff or government shutdown as a result of a pandemic and to give them the tool to retire on their terms.
A stock market retirement is not sufficient for today's investor and it's my goal to help as many people as possible learn the power investing in real estate syndications and the difference it can make in their life.

Vinney is a Real Estate Investor and Syndicator, Best Selling Author, Motivational Speaker, and Podcast host who has completed 28 Multifamily Real Estate Syndications and currently has over $300 Million in Real Estate under his control. He has been able to provide 18-28% per annum return on prior deals & continues to do so.
Amber Little Turner

Amber worked with former PA State Rep Harry Lewis, Jr as a constituent outreach specialist helping real estate professionals and developers cut through government red tape in the efforts to revitalize the City of Coatesville. She brings a unique private and public sector perspective to real estate investing and has made it her life’s work to be involved in multiple non-profit organizations.
